Lightweight Aluminum with High Strength and Durability

This Aluminum Marine Seat is made from high-strength Grade 5A05 aluminum alloy with a density of 2.8 g/cm³, making it approximately 40% lighter than steel alternatives. The reduced weight helps lower overall vessel load and contributes to improved fuel efficiency. The surface is treated with an anodized layer (≥10 μm) for strong resistance to saltwater and corrosion. A PVDF coating further enhances UV resistance, ensuring long-term color stability without fading. The material is free from formaldehyde and complies with marine environmental protection standards.

The aluminum components are shaped using CNC bending with a precision of ±0.5°, resulting in smooth edges and a refined appearance. TIG argon arc welding is used for all key connections, with weld strength reaching approximately 90% of the base material. The structure incorporates 30 × 30 mm rectangular aluminum cross beams, forming a reinforced grid capable of supporting up to 300 kg of static load. The backrest angle is set at 115° ±5°, and the seat depth is 450 mm ±10 mm, ensuring even weight distribution and reduced fatigue.
