This wall hung airer is manufactured by HANGJIA MARINE. With 20 years of experience in ship interior systems, we understand that cabin space is extremely limited onboard vessels. That is why we designed this airer as a compact and efficient drying solution for marine environments. Our 20-member R&D team developed it specifically for tight-space applications.
High-Grade Stainless Steel for Long-Term Durability
The main frame is made of SUS304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm, offering excellent resistance to salt spray, humidity, and corrosion in marine environments. It maintains structural stability without rusting or deformation even under long-term exposure to harsh conditions.
The hanging rods are made of Φ20 mm stainless steel round tubes with a smooth polished finish, preventing fabric snagging and ensuring safe use. The round tube structure evenly distributes load, with each rod supporting up to 5 kg of weight, allowing multiple garments to be hung simultaneously.
Foldable Design for Maximum Space Efficiency
The frame is precisely formed using CNC bending technology to ensure accurate angles and stable structure. Key joints are reinforced with argon arc welding, providing high strength and long-term durability, with tensile strength exceeding 500 MPa.
The wall-mounted design eliminates floor occupation, making it ideal for compact cabin spaces. The folding hanging rods can be lifted when not in use, reducing the occupied depth to only 8 cm and maximizing usable space.
Rod spacing is designed at 15 cm to prevent clothing overlap, improving air circulation and allowing up to 40% faster drying when combined with natural ship ventilation.
All edges are fully rounded and polished to prevent injury during operation. The structure has been tested under 1.5× rated load without deformation, ensuring reliable long-term performance with a service life exceeding 10 years.
