This Multi-layer Clothes Dryer is produced by HANGJIA MARINE. With 20 years of experience in ship interiors, we understand that many crew members need to dry clothes at the same time. That is why we designed this dryer as a vertical drying station for your vessel. Our factory has 60 skilled workers who ensure each unit is built to last.
Stainless Steel for Long Service Life
We use food-grade stainless steel for this Multi-layer Clothes Dryer, offering excellent resistance to salt spray and moisture. It performs well in high-salt environments caused by seawater evaporation. This effectively solves the rust issues common in ordinary metal dryers.
The combination of stainless steel sheets and round tubes provides both strength and flexibility. The load capacity is over 50 kg, and it will not deform even under heavy wet clothing.
Multi-Layer Design Maximizes Vertical Space
This Multi-layer Clothes Dryer adopts a multi-layer parallel rod design, allowing clothes to be sorted by type, such as shirts, pants, and towels. It provides 2 to 3 times more drying space than a single-layer dryer.
Some models allow adjustable layer spacing from 20 to 40 cm, making them suitable for long garments such as coats and uniforms. The standard model includes 3 to 5 layers with a fixed spacing of 30 cm, and custom sizes are available upon request.
The frame is fully welded using argon arc welding. The weld strength reaches up to 90% of the base material, preventing the loosening issues common with screw connections. The structure remains stable even under ship movement. All edges are rounded and all rods are smoothly finished to prevent clothes from snagging. Anti-slip pads are installed at the base to prevent movement when the ship is rocking.
