Durable Steel Designed for Marine Environments
These metal lockers are made from hot-dip galvanized steel with a thickness of 0.8 mm and a zinc coating of 80–120 μm. This material offers excellent corrosion resistance and performs three to five times better than standard cold-rolled steel in humid and salt-rich environments. The structure is strong enough to withstand vessel movement, while the surface remains smooth and easy to clean, meeting onboard hygiene and safety requirements.
Fully Welded Structure for Enhanced Safety
All components are joined using CO₂ gas-shielded welding. The welded structure achieves a tensile strength of 420 MPa, which is significantly stronger than screw-based assemblies. All welded joints are sealed to prevent moisture intrusion. The stainless steel lock system has passed a 500-hour salt spray test, and the keys are designed for high security and resistance to duplication. Anti-tip connectors at the base ensure stability even when the vessel tilts up to 30 degrees. Each locker includes five adjustable shelf levels, with a load capacity of over 50 kg per shelf.
