This aluminium profile workbench is manufactured by HANGJIA MARINE, a company with 20 years of experience in marine interior systems. Lightweight Aluminum with High Structural Strength
This aluminium profile workbench is made from high-strength Grade 5A05 aluminum alloy, with a density of 2.8 g/cm³. It is approximately 40%–50% lighter than traditional steel workbenches, making installation and relocation easier onboard. The material offers a tensile strength of ≥230 MPa and a yield strength of ≥190 MPa, ensuring excellent stability even under dynamic marine conditions. The surface is treated with anodizing and sandblasting, providing a non-slip, wear-resistant, and easy-to-clean working surface.
Reinforced Engineering for Heavy-Duty Performance
The structure is formed using CNC bending with ±0.1 mm precision, reducing the number of welding joints and improving overall structural integrity. Key joints are reinforced using argon arc welding, with weld heights ≥5 mm and strength reaching approximately 90% of the base material. U-shaped stiffeners are installed at intervals of ≤300 mm beneath the tabletop to enhance load distribution. The frame uses rectangular aluminum tube reinforcement, enabling a load capacity of up to 500 kg/m² while maintaining a tabletop deflection of ≤2 mm/m for high flatness and stability.
The workbench also supports customized tool slot configurations, offering 5–8 groups with widths of 15 mm or 25 mm. Each slot can be fitted with rubber liners to protect tools and improve usability. This aluminium profile workbench provides a stable, safe, and efficient working platform for marine maintenance and operational tasks.
