This High-Capacity Fire Box is manufactured by HANGJIA MARINE. With 20 years of experience in ship interiors, we understand that large vessels require centralized storage for multiple types of fire-fighting equipment. That is why we designed this product as a high-capacity safety storage solution for marine environments. Our 20-member R&D team developed this structure to accommodate multiple emergency devices in a single unit.
Thickened Stainless Steel for High Strength and Durability
We use thickened stainless steel sheet for this fire box, with a thickness of at least 1.5 mm. 304 or 316 stainless steel options are available. Both materials offer excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. They perform reliably against seawater, humid air, and chemical exposure, ensuring long-term durability without rusting or deformation.
The thickened panels provide high load-bearing capacity, allowing safe storage of fire extinguishers, hoses, and emergency lighting equipment.
Seamless Welding for Waterproof Protection
The box is formed using CNC bending for high dimensional accuracy. Key joints are welded using CO₂ gas-shielded welding technology to achieve a seamless, fully sealed structure. This effectively prevents seawater, rain, and dust from entering the cabinet, keeping internal equipment dry and protected.
Stiffeners are installed at key structural points to enhance impact resistance and maintain stability under ship movement and vibration conditions.
The cabinet is equipped with 316 stainless steel waterproof hinges featuring an integrated rubber sealing ring, ensuring reliable waterproof performance even under heavy rain or sea spray conditions.
The marine-grade emergency quick-open lock allows one-button access, significantly reducing response time in critical situations. The lock features an anti-misoperation design to prevent accidental opening and an anti-vibration structure that ensures it remains securely closed under vessel movement.
