This fire extinguisher wall mount bracket is manufactured by HANGJIA MARINE. With 20 years of experience in ship interiors, we understand that fire extinguishers are critical emergency equipment on board vessels. Their mounting brackets must be absolutely reliable. That is why we designed this bracket to provide a secure and stable holding solution. Our products comply with DNV certification standards.
Corrosion-Resistant Stainless Steel for Long Service Life
We use 1.2 mm or 1.5 mm thick stainless steel for this fire extinguisher wall mount bracket. It has passed a salt spray test of over 500 hours without visible corrosion. The material performs reliably in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 80°C, maintaining stable mechanical properties. This effectively eliminates the rust problems common in ordinary steel brackets and ensures the extinguisher remains ready for use at all times.
Secure Structural Design for Maximum Stability
The bracket features a curved wrap-around fixing groove with an adjustable radius from 75 mm to 110 mm, making it compatible with most standard fire extinguisher cylinders. A double-bolt reinforced locking system with M8 stainless steel bolts and anti-slip rubber pads ensures the extinguisher remains firmly in place without movement.
A triangular reinforcement structure is added to improve load distribution, providing a load capacity of over 50 kg and meeting IMO MSC.368(93) requirements for marine vibration and movement conditions.
Manufactured using CNC bending with ±0.5 mm accuracy, the structure is welded using argon arc welding with weld heights exceeding 3 mm. The surface is electropolished, and all edges are rounded with a radius greater than 2 mm to eliminate sharp corners.
The bracket includes four M10 expansion bolt mounting holes and can be installed on both ship bulkheads and decks. Installation takes approximately 10 minutes and supports both horizontal and vertical mounting orientations.
