Tables and Desks
Appearance (Materials, Texture, Color)
1. The tabletop surface must be flat, with a flatness tolerance of 0.06 mm. Wood veneers and solid wood edging must be joined tightly; gaps at external joints shall be less than 0.1 mm. Decorative lines and profiles must be uniform and neat, and corner transitions should be smooth and natural.
2. Veneer splicing must be tight and flat, free from defects such as delamination, visible glue seepage, blistering, depressions, indentations, surface scratches, or cracks. The overall color tone and finish must be consistent.
3. All surfaces accessible to touch must be smooth, free of burrs or grit. The paint film must be smooth, and-once fully cured-the tabletop finish should show no visible "sinking" into the wood grain pores.
4. The paint film must be free from defects such as wrinkling, tackiness, or missed spots. Furthermore, it must show no signs of processing marks, scratches, haziness, white spots, blistering, sagging, or craters.

Structure and Hardware
1. Individual panel components are joined using metal eccentric connectors; the surfaces of these connectors are chrome-plated and polished.
2. Cabinet doors are mounted using nickel-plated steel hinges, ensuring flexible operation and a long service life.
3. Drawer runners and guide rails utilize Hafele hardware systems.
4. The guide rails for each drawer consist of full-extension ball-bearing slides equipped with positioning mechanisms. These slides offer excellent stability, operate quietly, have a load capacity of 40 kg, and are constructed from galvanized steel.

Mechanical Strength and Performance
1. The strength of the executive desk shall comply with the GB 10357.1 standard, at Test Level 4.
2. Moving components, such as doors and drawers, shall comply with the GB 10357.5 standard, at Test Level 4.
3. Tests for the physicochemical properties of the paint film shall comply with the Level 1 standard specified in GB 4893.1 through GB 4893.4.
4. The abrasion resistance of the paint film shall comply with the Level 1 standard specified in GB 4893.8.
5. The impact resistance of the paint film shall comply with the Level 1 standard specified in GB 4893.9.
6. The adhesion of the paint film shall comply with the Level 1 standard specified in GB 1720.
7. Door hinges shall withstand more than 100,000 opening and closing cycles; drawer slides shall withstand more than 100,000 extension and retraction cycles.

Geometric Tolerances (Shape and Position)
1. The overall stability (levelness) of the desk's base/feet shall be < 2 mm.
2. The warpage of the desktop surface shall be < 3 mm; the flatness of the desktop and exterior panel surfaces shall be < 0.2 mm.
3. The gap between the drawer front panel and the adjacent side panels shall be < 1.5 mm; the gap between a door and its adjacent side panel or drawer front panel shall be ≤ 1.5 mm.
4. Upon installation, the core of the central locking mechanism shall be flush with the surfaces of the drawers and doors (tolerance: < 0.5 mm).
5. The lateral sway (side-to-side movement) of a drawer shall be < 3 mm.
