High-Grade Stainless Steel for Hygiene and Corrosion Resistance
This Stainless Steel Pantry Cabinet is made from 304 or 316 stainless steel with chromium content ≥18% and nickel content ≥8%. This material provides excellent resistance to salt spray, humidity, and corrosion, making it suitable for demanding marine kitchen environments.
The surface is smooth, non-porous, and compliant with food-contact safety requirements, helping prevent bacterial growth and ensuring easy cleaning. The material resists deformation, rusting, and chemical damage from acidic or alkaline cleaning agents.
Panel thickness is ≥1.2 mm, while the cabinet frame is ≥1.5 mm, ensuring a balanced combination of structural strength and manageable weight.
Precision Fabrication for Strength and Clean Finishing
The cabinet is manufactured using CNC bending with an angle tolerance of ≤0.5°, ensuring precise assembly and tight structural fit. Reduced gaps help prevent grease and moisture ingress during long-term kitchen operation.
Argon arc welding is used for all structural joints, achieving weld strength of approximately 90% of the base metal. After welding, electropolishing is applied to remove oxidation layers and weld marks, resulting in a smooth, hygienic, and easy-to-clean surface finish with Ra ≤0.8 μm.
Stainless steel stiffeners are installed at key structural positions including the base, sides, and doors, with spacing ≤300 mm to enhance rigidity and prevent deformation under load. Adjustable stainless steel leveling legs allow stable installation on uneven deck surfaces.
