These stainless storage racks are manufactured by HANGJIA MARINE. With 20 years of experience in ship interiors, we understand that tools, spare parts, and daily supplies must be stored in an organized and easily accessible way. That is why we designed these racks as a dedicated storage system for vessels. Our products comply with DNV classification standards.
High-Quality Stainless Steel for Long Service Life
We use 304 or 316 food-grade stainless steel tubes for these racks. The round tubes range from 16 to 22 mm in diameter, with a wall thickness of 1.2 to 3 mm. This structure provides a load capacity of 50 to 150 kg. The polished surface is smooth, making it resistant to marine buildup and easy to clean. Square tubes are used to form a stable structural frame.
Modular Design for Fast Installation and Maintenance
Square tubes are laser-cut at 45° miter angles and welded using argon arc welding, increasing joint strength by over 30%. The system uses a modular assembly design. Components are connected using stainless steel clips or flanges, allowing installation without on-site welding and improving assembly efficiency by up to 40%. This also complies with shipboard safety requirements and allows easy disassembly and replacement of parts, reducing maintenance costs.
Triangular reinforcement plates are installed at key joints and secured with M8–M12 stainless steel bolts. The shear strength reaches 200 MPa. The shelves use 1.2 mm perforated stainless steel panels, which allow airflow and prevent small items from falling through. The bottom is equipped with adjustable vibration-damping pads, ensuring stability under ship tilting conditions of up to 15 degrees.
