Constructed with either a steel skeleton or a solid wood frame (rated for a load-bearing capacity of ≥200kg), the design prevents the center of gravity from becoming unstable-an issue often associated with excessively tall or deep furniture.

 

Dynamic Balance Testing
Stability under tilted conditions is verified through a 10° tilt test utilizing an eight-channel testing instrument; a pneumatic cylinder limiting device is employed to ensure the precision and accuracy of the testing process.

 

Structural Reinforcement
Critical connection points are reinforced using a framework of 1.2mm cold-rolled steel plates and standard M6 screws, ensuring that the unit remains stable and secure even when subjected to intense vibration.
