3. Dishwashers: Maintain the cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of the dishwasher daily. Perform an internal descaling procedure every 30 days; frequently check the levels and dispensing of detergent and rinse aid, and ensure there are no foreign objects causing blockages.

4. Griddles: Clean the steel griddle plate daily; frequently inspect and clean the natural gas burners beneath the griddle. Adjust the gas burners and ignition system every 15 days.

5. Ovens: Clean the exterior surfaces of the oven daily; check all electrical wiring to ensure proper connectivity. Maintain the integrity of drive chains and switches to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

6. Deep Fryers: Clean the interior walls of the fryer tank and the filtration screens daily. Adjust the natural gas burners and ignition system every 15 days; inspect the oil drainage mechanism.

7. Freezers/Refrigerators: Maintain the cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of the unit daily; perform a defrosting procedure every 7 days. Frequently check the power supply connections and temperature control mechanisms. Ensure the compressor remains in proper working condition.

8. Exhaust Ducts: Exhaust ducts should be kept as short as possible, and any bends should have the largest possible radius; this ensures smooth airflow, maximizes smoke extraction efficiency, and minimizes noise levels.

9. Other Kitchen Equipment: Thoroughly clean all other kitchen equipment after each use. Perform routine daily maintenance, and lubricate gears and bearings on a monthly basis.
