Stainless Steel for Rust Resistance and Durability
We use 304 or 316 stainless steel for this Desktop Shoe Dryer, providing excellent resistance to salt spray and moisture. It performs well in high-humidity and high-salinity environments without rusting or deforming.
The sheet thickness of 1.2–1.5 mm ensures strong structural support, allowing multiple pairs of shoes to be placed without deformation. The surface is smooth with no hard-to-clean areas. Even if exposed to seawater or oil, it can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth.
Ventilation Design for Fast Drying
The rack uses Φ12–16 mm stainless steel round tubes, creating natural airflow gaps that improve ventilation and accelerate drying. The round tube structure is both strong and lightweight, meeting shipboard weight requirements and making the unit easy to move.
All tube ends are smoothly finished to eliminate sharp edges and reduce injury risks in confined spaces.
A low-power heating system (100–150 W) is integrated into the unit. Warm air circulates at 40–50℃, preventing heat damage to shoes. It is suitable for leather shoes, sports shoes, and rubber boots. A pair of shoes can typically dry within 2–3 hours, helping prevent mold growth and maintain foot hygiene. The low power consumption also makes it suitable for ship electrical systems.
Safety Design for Peace of Mind
The unit is constructed entirely of stainless steel and equipped with a waterproof switch and anti-slip pads. The waterproof switch prevents seawater from causing electrical faults, while the anti-slip pads ensure stability during ship movement.
The dryer has passed a 500-hour salt spray test and offers a service life of over 5 years. Its foldable multi-layer design saves storage space when not in use.
